InCom Profit
An accountant is chosen on two things: trust and price. Both come up in the first minute. We built a site where the service list actually reads well and the price can be worked out on the spot — in Estonian, English or Russian.

Accounting that is easy to read.
Three languages, sixteen services and a price you can work out right away.
InCom Profit is an accounting firm on J. Vilmsi street in Tallinn: bookkeeping for companies and apartment associations, payroll, tax filings, annual reports, tax and audit support. Clients come from construction, e-commerce, IT and crypto, and they speak three languages. The site was built from scratch as a custom theme: a deep green brand, the tree motif from the logo, airy typography and a calm rhythm aimed at a reader who is already tired of numbers.
The first question is always price.
Accounting websites tend to stop right where the price begins.
Sixteen services in a single list is a recipe for a boring page — especially when every line starts with the word “accounting”. We put the services into one catalogue with short descriptions and moved the two big directions onto pages of their own: companies and apartment associations. Each got its own pricing — a calculator for companies, three clear tariff plans for associations. The visitor gets a number before anyone picks up the phone.
A custom theme, zero templates.
-
Price calculator
Checkboxes for services and three sliders: staff, sales documents, supplier invoices. The total updates instantly, with the enquiry form right beside it.
-
Two directions, two pages
A company and an apartment association are different clients: different copy, different pricing, different page. Only the form and contacts stay shared.
-
Three tariff plans
Three plans for associations by number of apartments — the price is written down, not hidden behind “request a quote”.
-
Three full languages
ET, EN and RU under one WPML setup: all five pages, catalogue and calculator included.
-
Custom theme, not a template
The design lives in code rather than in a page builder — no builder bloat, yet the firm still edits its own content.
-
Typography and air
Large headings, calm line spacing and a deep green accent — text that even a number-weary reader will get through.
Technology
A stack the firm can run itself — a new service goes live without a developer.

Launch
A pass over all three languages, the forms, an SEO baseline and handover to the firm.
The calculator is the expensive part: every checkbox and slider has to return the same figure as the firm’s own price list, in three languages. We wrote that logic into the theme — not into a plugin someone has to keep updating.

Pricing tools
An accounting firm does not sell emotion. It sells calm: a service list you can understand, a price you can work out yourself, and a person you can write to in your own language.
