Form follows meaning

Every choice — from type to micro-motion — answers a "why". If there's no answer, it doesn't make it into the design.

Design = speed

A beautiful site that loads in 5 seconds is a bad site. We lock the performance budget before the first pixel.

Accessibility is not optional

WCAG 2.2 AA is the floor, not the goal. Contrast, focus, ARIA, keyboard nav — those are baseline, not extras.
