Overview

A small site, a large flow.

A B2B partner is not looking for a catalogue — they are looking for a reason to call.

Alfey Solutions OÜ is an international export trading company registered in Estonia and a member of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Since 2008 it has grown from wholesale of finishing materials into a full service: sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices and delivering goods to the client’s address. The website had to carry that trust without an online store — briefly, in three languages, with an enquiry never more than one click away.

Solution

Short and to the point.

Five shipping modes on one line

The mission page explains how goods travel: air is fastest, sea is cheapest, rail carries the most. The site states it as one simple line instead of a table.

  1. Air
  2. Road
  3. Sea
  4. Rail
  5. Combined

Six categories

  1. Construction and finishing materials
  2. Filling for DIY retail networks
  3. Supplements and vitamins
  4. Industrial equipment and automation
  5. Electronics and video surveillance
  6. Medical measuring devices

The range covers world-famous brands as well as production under the client’s own label.

No developer needed to refresh content — the site stays current without a budget line for every edit.

Mark

The pentagon from the logo became a running motif — in the header, the texture and the page rhythm.

Grid

12 columns

One shared grid keeps every page in the same rhythm — the site holds together as content grows.

Palette

  • #4C4794 Indigo
  • #E94D11 Accent
  • #F18052 Buttons
  • #1F201F Graphite

Deep indigo carries the page; orange points only where action is needed.

  1. Structure

One goal: get the visitor to contact. Content ordered by the questions a B2B buyer asks.

  2. Design & build

Indigo and orange from the brand, Bootstrap grid, custom child theme — fast and maintainable.

  3. Three languages & launch

WPML, technical SEO and image optimisation — the site opens before the partner loses patience.

The site launched in four weeks and has not been rebuilt since: the structure survived both a changing product range and new partners.

The result is a calling card that does a salesman’s job: it explains what the company supplies, shows the partners and keeps the contact always within reach — every page is one step from an enquiry.
